Four specialist divisions, one clinic suite on Baltzan Blvd.
Uptown Medical Specialists brings cardiology, gastroenterology, hepatology, and rheumatology together under one roof, so a patient with overlapping problems is assessed by colleagues who can consult each other the same afternoon.
Internal medicine residents and medical students rotate through the suite. Patients are seen by referral from a physician or nurse practitioner.
For chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or fainting, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department rather than waiting for an appointment.
